Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping to any other destination.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holiday season), processing times may be longer.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within the United States: [7–15] business days after your order has shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by carrier performance, weather, or peak-season delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
  • It may take 2 to 5 days after shipping for tracking information to appear.

6. Shipments from Multiple Warehouses

Items in a single order may ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number. There are no additional shipping charges for this.

7. Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and phone number at checkout.
  • Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped, so please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we may charge an additional fee to reship it.
