Returns & Refunds

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@flashstock.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: How often do new deals get added?
A: New flash deals are added daily. Daily deals rotate every 24 hours, so check back often!

Q: Are the products new or used?
A: All products are brand new unless explicitly stated. Some clearance items may be open-box, which will be clearly noted in the product description.

Q: Why are the prices so low?
A: We source directly from overstock inventories, manufacturers, and surplus warehouses — cutting out the middleman and passing the savings to you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your payment information.
